If you need a Return Authorization number (RA#) to return parts or to start a investigation on parts received, you will need to create your RA online by clicking on the order status link on the bottom of any FRP page and following the instructions to create an RA. Online RA creation is now available for all RA's. All packages received without a valid RA number written on them will be returned to sender.
