Can I get parts if I live outside the United States?

The short answer is YES. However, Our system is currently not set up to ship outside the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. If you need parts in other parts of the world, we recommend using a package forwarding service such as AccessUSA, Mailbox Exchange, USA2me.com, and others.
When you have the address to ship to, you can initially enter the billing information as your shipping address. For international purchases, part of our credit card protection plan is to have our customers call us directly. When we try to ship your items we will receive an error and you will receive an email. At that time, you will need to call us at 636 634 2202 between the hours of 8-4:30 Central Standard Time to change your card billing information and have the card ran manually. Please note, that due to the international nature of the card, the order may be subject to a 10 day hold.
